1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3. Account Registration

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on aca67. Creating duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

5. Deposits

• Currency: All deposits are accepted and processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied. Your account balance is displayed in ৳ at all times.
• Deposit limits: aca67 supports voluntary deposit limits at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals. Players are encouraged to set limits aligned with their personal budget. Deposit limits can be configured from within the account dashboard settings.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of winnings and account balances are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification status. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) hours of approval during standard operating hours. Processing time may extend to 24 hours during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Verification prerequisite: Withdrawals will only be approved for fully verified accounts. Players who have not completed identity and payment verification may be required to do so before a withdrawal request is processed.

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available only to eligible Players as defined in the specific promotion terms. aca67 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, or wagering requirements not completed within the specified period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Variation: aca67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses that are already active on a Player's account.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the aca67 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of results: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except in circumstances where aca67 determines a technical error has occurred.
• Game provider rules: Casino games and live dealer tables are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. • Using the Platform while under the age of 21;

10. Account Suspension & Closure

aca67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the specified period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated against aca67 without prior engagement of the support team;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aca67 reserves the right to void any pending bets and withhold any balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no breach is established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

11. Responsible Gambling

aca67's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy
